Jarrow has quite different strains, that's what is written on the package - 1 billion Lactobacillus brevis CECT 7480 and Lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7481 probiotic strains on the lozenge. L. brevis CECT 7480 and L. plantarum CECT 7481 were isolated from the oral cavity of a healthy infant and studied in vitro and in vivo. These strains help to maintain and improve healthy oral microflora for healthy gums and teeth and improve breathing.

To be honest, I did not have any other miracles, except fresh morning breath, from Prodental, but at least this. Jarrow drank all the packaging - absolutely no effect. Maybe, of course, he was, but so inconspicuous.
Pineapple flavor, by the way, is good! I love pineapple, and it was very pleasant for me to dissolve these pills. With fresh pineapple, of course, can not be compared, but still not bad. You can say the only plus of these pastilles is that they are delicious.
