they were difficult to dissolve completely if using temperature water. I would rather go for NOW brand. they are more easily to dissolve and form a gel.

It definitely fills me up and I drink a big glass of water to wash it down. I really like to eat so taking this prior to a meal prevents me from over eating. I find it best to take it about 30 minutes before I eat so it has time to work properly. I’m already very regular so I don’t know if all the fiber helps or not.
