Rewarded Review

I found this supplement to be well-formulated overall to provide a variety of essential nutrients. The ingredient profile includes vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and herbal extracts in adequate daily amounts to support overall wellness. I like that it uses highly bioavailable forms of vitamins such as methylcobalamin B12 and tetrahydrofolate folic acid that are easily absorbed by the body. The inclusion of vitamin D3, calcium and magnesium in fairly high doses is great for bone, muscle and immune health. A few minor critiques - while vitamin C from acerola cherry is a naturally derived source, I would have liked to see a more easily absorbed form such as calcium ascorbate or magnesium ascorbate to enhance absorption. The antioxidant levels from green tea, pomegranate and grapeseed extract are decent but could potentially be boosted a bit higher to maximize free radical scavenging support. Another very small suggestion would be including a prebiotic fiber such as inulin or flaxseed to nourish the gut microbiome alongside the probiotic blend. In terms of formula quality, I did not notice any fillers, additives, GMOs, artificial colors or flavors which is always a plus. Capsule ingredients are clearly listed with corresponding daily value percentages. Absorption seems to be a priority with this formula using cofactors and natural potent forms of certain vitamins. Overall balance of vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts make it a well-rounded foundational supplement to support daily nutrient intake from whole foods. I would recommend this product for generally good health and nutritional optimization.
