I take Carlson Potassium because it has helped my high blood pressure. I understand potassium is a mineral that is essential for all of my body functions. It has helped my leg cramps, calmed my nerves and also I feel it helps my muscles. I feel Carlson Potassium is a top quality product. The ingredients are very pure. I like it.

Great quality potassium from Carlson.

Great quality potassium supplement. The tablets are round with a bit chalky surface but they are easy to break and not too big in size. The taste isnt bad. I had no problem swallowing them. I had a blood test recently which showed my potassium level was very good after taking these tablets for a couple of weeks.
