New version isn't as good (for me) unfortunately..

Codeage Magnesium has been my go to for a while - its literally been a game changer for me when I started dealing with mild/moderate insomnia. However, if you look at the new and the old version, you'll notice they added Magnesium Oxide into it - which is not only a less absorbable form, but more importantly, worse for people who are more prone to diarreah. Unfortunately, as such, I will have to find another brand =(
