As good as the other placenta products. My skin became soft and moist just after 1-2 days and it was very dry before(even if I would put on body balms several times a day). Still checking the long-term benefits, but generally great for people with blood deficiency. Only minus is that the pills contain only 250mg compared with 500mg of the other placenta. Still this is the cheapest product which I appreciate

Good product but I wish it was 500 mg instead of 250. I really think you need at least 500 mg / day. But I suppose if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are small so that's helpful.
