Excelent combination of Albion chelated chromium (the best in my opinion) at 250mcg. per capsule, plus other helpers for blood sugar regulation, such as Cinsulin cinnamon, gymnema and alpha lipoic acid, in significant doses. And no fillers whatsoever. Brilliant. Too bad it's quite expensive, especially if you're planning on taking the 2 caps a day recommended. I take 1, which I open the capsule and pour half of the contents in my mouth the quickly swallow with some water, during lunch and dinner. This is enough for me, but everyone is different.

A very complete formula to regulate blood sugar with decent quantities of each ingredient. The chromium used is the best kind there is, Chrmium TRAACS Nicotinate Glycinate Chelate, and so is the cinnamon (Cinnulin Water-Soluble Extract). Add to that gymnema, alpha lipoic acid and resveratrol. As usual no fillers or any nasties in the formula, the only objection is of course the high price. Other than that, excellent.
