It doesn't appear to be as effective as some other products. Perhaps the DHEA dose in one serving is too small for me, and I am uncertain if taking two pills would lead to an excessive amount of pregnenolone. Conversely, the lower dosage is suitable for those who are just starting with DHEA. It’s definitely worth trying. Edit: I forgot to say that I personally took this to help with perimenopause symptoms, it could be that this is beneficial in some other cases.
