I have been taking 1 capsule a day although the recommended dosage is 2 but I can see benefits after a week of taking it with keto diet and walking 10k steps every day so far I have lost 2 kg The two ingredients are raspberry ketones and decaffeinated green tea.. after taking you can feel the raspberry taste and breath for few hours

I don't always like drinking tea or enough to do anything about a specific thing. Its a nice product for me because I'm sluggish in the morning and it gives me a slow steady awakeness and doesn't last as long as some other keto stuff but is perfect for my day. I also have sluggish spotty periods and the red raspberry has given me a solid almost no clot couple days I'm actually getting my shed on correctly now. Not sure why its keto and why the sell it as ketones but I really love these two herbs paired together. Simple and effective for me

I'm not sure if these do anything, but they have a really strong raspberry smell and taste. I'm pretty sure my breath tastes like raspberries for a couple of hours afterwards, which is kind of nice.
