To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much but they really work. My husband is on the slow and constipated side and they help him to go to the bathroom regularly. As of me, I have never have trouble but I am aware that I don't eat as much fiber as I need, overall it really work, wait a week and see the results. This is REALLY ADDICTIVE ! Have to control myself as we are advised not to consume more than 8 a day ....I am taking just 2 a day n look forward to taking it everyday ! Tried to purchase it again But it was out of stock N I'm Not Surprised at all !!

I buy these for my boyfriend. He has sensitive teeth, so we have to be careful about getting ones that are too hard - we got some that were like jujubees, and he couldn't chew them. Several reviewers mentioned that these are like the inside of a gumdrop, and he says that is a very good description. They also do a great job of helping him stay regular and the flavor is nice. We will be getting these again.

These definitely work as described and aren't hard in my stomach in the process. The flavors are very nice and have no artificial taste. The only thing that caught me off guard was since they're described as gummies I was expecting something like a gummy bear texture since most of my other gummy vitamins have been the same. These are more like a gumdrop texture with no chew but are still a pleasant texture. I'll continue purchasing these in the future.
