I decided to try new probiotics with a similar lactobacillus reuteri as Biogaia has since it's the only one that works great for my microbiome and doesn't make my guts angry! I would say HeathyBiom has the same quality ingredients and benefits for a lower price. Added vitamin D is one more plus.

I am repeat customer for this type of probiotic and it often runs-out at IHerb. I guess the stock level can't keep up with demand. The good thing is the LRC Reuteri strand has been many times studied to show good effect on your cardio-vascular health. This one from HealthyBIOM is also not expensive so good value for money. I wish they did not add the Vitamin D though because it is not necessary since most people like me already take Vitamin D capsule separately.

The LRC stain is proven to reduce bad cholesterol. Thanks science and iHerb for providing this specific strain here. I don't think vitamin D is needed though.

One capsule with or after dinner will enhance the digestion and bowels movement, reduce the bloating. Also will reduce the chances of colon cancer. For me I am trying different brand every time as each brand have it own unique variations of cultures.
