One friend of me offered me to try this Mucuna tablets to relief my stress and anxiety, but I wasn't sure if it would really benefit me. After a few days, my anxiety was gone and I felt relief. These tablets are really great, it's natural made composition and work every single time for me. The only downsides are the smell (really strong bad smell) and the big size of the tablets. Try not to let it melt on your tongue because the taste is not very nice too. I read this online and got it to try melasma. Chloasma can be caused by a deficiency of the hormone dopamine produced by the pituitary gland. I tried everything for chloasma. The Obagi system brightened it, but when I stopped using it, the chloasma darkened. It's been 2 days since I took this product, and I can see that the chloasma is mild. I feel good and energetic. I'm taking an antidepressant that has stopped working. I didn't want to switch to another because of all the bad side effects. Now, if this product doesn't wear out, I feel I can get off the Prozac I'm about to see. If you go to the bathroom, you will notice more, but it's good because you have constipation. This is a superior product. It includes both the bean and plant extracts; it is very robust. I have compared it with other mucuna products I purchased that only contain the beans, and they cannot compare, they are flat. It seems to be made according to Ayurvedic standards.

It really works! Although I wonder if it’s beneficial to use this every day. I think it’s probably fine for occasional, sporadic use.

I took occasionally for energy and a mood boost. I found every morning was way too stimulating for my nervous system, so twice a week was my frequency. While it didn't fix my underlying fatigue issues (have since learned that various bacterial infections are the culprit) it was a good crutch and a way to feel a bit more normal even if just for a day.

I take one caplet daily early in the morning, empty stomach. Been taking it for almost a month now. Easy on my stomach, no side effects. The one thing that is very obvious is I have been sleeping well. No more tossing and turning. I fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. Very happy with it and will be repeating order.
