Dr Cheney is recommending this for energy in ME/CFS. I've used 3 bottles now, sometimes 1 per day, sometimes 2 but I have no conclusive proof. I asked the company what dose I should take, they told me to defer to my doc. Maybe I was taking way too little [as suggested by studies]. I wish there was better info out re: dosing.

An extract from oak used in wine barrels, it is a new face supplement that has been on the US market for about 10 years. It is more commonly used by people with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) in the United States. I took it on the action, I did not understand this product, I do not see the impact. A cumulative effect may be needed.

I bought it as an experiment, but nothing worked. Despite the exorbitantly expensive price of close to $1 a pill, it doesn't work at all. If you could find a stimulant ingredient like caffeine without side effects, you'd be awarded a Nobel Prize.
