Quality was my no. 1 consideration when I read about the company and pleasantly was pleased to find it to be one of the best value sources as well. Read about the company as I do and I think you will find THIS IS a good source of those who use K2 which FOR ME is essential in helping with my Calcium uptake as a senior. I take this SEPARATELY but WITH my D3 but prefer it as a standalone vs. combined supplement as many other D3/K2 products offer. YMMV

Finally the wait is truly over. I waited for this particular K2 brand for almost 5 months. With the increasing need for D3 considering the pandemic, K2 has become invaluable as a companion nutrient to D3. K2 is pretty expensive but so far this brand is the most affordable on iherb and it is worth every cent. I intend to go on a high D3 supplementation and will be needing an equally high dose k2 which i can comfortably get with this. If you are using k2, then please look no further than this brand. 1) I’ve been taking vitamin K2 for 3 years & this is the best value by far! 2) I’ve been taking this for several weeks and the quality is just a good as expensive brands. 3) Be wary of translated reviews. I also tried the read the 1 star reviews and found nothing too convincing. This is an excellent product. Would buy again.

I like the size of the tablet which is tiny so it's easy to swallow. But it has quite a strong smell, if you smell the supplement from the bottle. Good amount of dosage and has no taste which is good. I take this vitamin K2 (MK7) with vitamin D3, to optimize the absorption of nutrients to the right place where our body needs it. Product arrived safely. Package is safe, but would like it more if the packaging is eco friendly (biodegradable) and create less waste because there is only ONE Earth for us all. And lets recycle the plastic bottle, okay?

I’ve recently taken Vit K , it’s a good size to swallow & only once a day allows me to take my other tabs at a later time . I’m very happy with it
