i have used these for a couple of years now. i like them better than apple cider vinegar drink. they do EXACTLY what they say they do if you follow ALL the directions. including food/exercise directives.

I purchased these as a replacment for other ones I had ordered. They did not have items in them that I did not like. Not real fond of the size of the pills. I will most likely order another kind
