Quality ingredients. I can tell it really has what it says on the package because these tablets change the color of my urine to pink-orange. As far as I understand this comes from the different metabolites that DIM gets converted to. So, the color change doesn't directly indicate you're peeing excess estrogen metabolites, but at least you know DIM got to your liver. Plastic crested gecko for reference.
