It works great for me! I can even use less and remain symptoms free. I usually aim for 1000mg (2 pills) twice a day for a total of 2000mg/day but this brand is so potent I can take 1.75 pills morning and night instead of the full 2 pills and still control my symptoms. With other brands I need to take more than 1000mg at a time (they also advertise their pills to be 500mg each but my experience shows its not the case as I need to take more to remain symptoms free). I use pau d'arco for chronic yeast infections and long-covid. It's a natural antifungal that works for candida species and a natural antiviral that works for the SARS-cov-2 virus. For covid I use it in combination with echinacea and quercetin. Highly recommend!
