I like this for many reason's--one being that it has no sugar or fake sugar, two being it tastes great, three it works well for helping my immunity, four it helps relieve leg cramps, five the quality is very good, six I've been able to buy it on sale at a great price and seven I like that it includes more minerals than the electrolyte kind that I used to get.

The quality is superb. And it has all the after-workout ingredients you need. Size is just prefect- not too much and not too little. and keto- friendly! other power-pak products I used have a high crab content- so this is great! The taste was good! and it helps me drink more- effective!

Love this since it's sugar free. Hard to find a vitamin C pack that is low-carb. Tastes pretty good, dissolves fast. We drink one every day.
